EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
As a part of the DND team, you will have the opportunity to focus on clinical work and professional development while we take care of the administrative burden of private practice. You can set your own schedule with a steady stream of referrals while insurance credentialing, billing, and collection is completed for you. We offer competitive compensation based pay as a W2 employee.
Job Title: Staff Clinician
Hours: Flexible
Position Requirements:
Licensed to provide mental health treatment in the state of Texas
Carry a minimum caseload of 15 clients/week
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and/or couples in a clinical setting
Familiarity and openness to using an attachment based counseling model
Interest in continual development as a clinician

STUDENT INTERNSHIPS
An internship at DND is characterized by personalized attention and a tailored experience for your growth as a student clinician. You will complete your internship by working with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to your weekly hour of individual supervision, you will have regular opportunities to work with clinicians of all levels of experience in practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be on an LPC track
Strong interest in attachment theory and regulation
Maintain vigilant ethical and professional boundaries
Collaborate effectively and creatively in a group setting
Must be teachable and have a desire for knowledge
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Flexible schedule for client appointments

In addition, applicants will be required to submit three letters of recommendation including one from a professor and one from a professional for whom you have worked or interned.
LICENSURE SUPERVISION
In addition to supervision for student clinicians, Amanda Ramirez, LPC-S, provides post-graduate supervision for clinicians that are gaining hours under their LPC-Associate license. Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest and resume (PDF) to amanda@dndcounseling.com.
Applicants do not need to pursue a position at DND Counseling to be eligible for supervision underneath Amanda.
